The Fulton-Dekalb Hospital Authority Awards Childkind with Grant
On Friday, April 20, The Fulton-Dekalb Hospital Authority graciously awarded Childkind with a $4,700 grant, accepted by our COO, Stephanie Owens, at the Allen Institute.
This grant will be used to enhance our Supportive Care Coordination program, which is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team (licensed social worker, and nurse) put in place to help, nurture and support the care requirements of a child with special healthcare needs or developmental disabilities in their home.
