Childkind’s Family Support Services program functions as a resource for biological, adoptive, and foster families to ensure child with medical and developmental disabilities have the Medicaid waiver services and other supports they need in order to live with their family in the community. Childkind can provide equipment and minor home modification grants, emergency medical supplies, and other needed resources.
